We require this information in advance to allow the application process for each event to become streamlined.

This information will be shared with the relevant event organiser.

This is an expression of interest form, completion of this form does not guarentee you a pitch at your selected events.

Please be aware Chorley and South Ribble based businesses will be prioritised for pitches in their respective areas.
