Central Villages - Your Ideas for the local area
Overview
The purpose of your hub is to help local communities work with locally elected councillors and identify the things that matter to you which could be turned in to projects and activities that benefit your area.
We want to know what is important to you and what we can do as a community to make things even better in your neighbourhood. Some examples are:
- Funding towards local volunteer led groups
- Improvements to local green spaces
- Ideas that increase civic pride or highlight local heritage
Over the next few pages are some simple questions and boxes which help you submit ideas on what can be done in your local area as a community project.
Why your views matter
Your views will help develop and inform projects we can deliver as a community hub.
Whilst we cant gurantee every idea will be taken forward, we will make sure your feedback is looked at and where possible respond to you on what we have done or how we may be able to support your local neighbhourhoods aspirations.

Lostock Hall Carnival
From 5 Jul 2025 at 00:00 to 5 Jul 2025 at 00:00You can speak with us in person at the Lostock Hall Carnival where local councillors will be on hand to listen to local residents and talk about the work of the hub as well as possible projects you may want your hub to deliver.
