Housing Strategy 2026-2031

Overview

South Ribble Borough Council has updated its Housing Strategy for 2026-2031

This strategy explains how South Ribble Borough Council, together with our partners plan to address and support housing needs over the next five years.

The strategy includes three priorities, each of which has a number of activities and projects to help us realise our ambitions. The priorities of the strategy are: 

1. Deliver Affordable and Social Housing Supply
2. Improve Housing Quality and Sustainability
3. Targeted Support for Communities in Need
