Consultation on Revised Statement of Principles under the Gambling Act 2005

Overview

We, as the licensing authority, have a duty to publish a Statement of Principles under the Gambling Act 2005. The Statement of Principles sets out the policy framework for how we will carry out our functions under the Act. 

We have a duty to revise our Principles at intervals not greater than 3 years. We're consulting on our latest revision and are inviting views.
