Validation Checklist Further Changes

Overview

The South Ribble Validation Checklist was subject to a 6 week period of consultation in 2020. A Responses Report and Consultation Statement were published in Autumn 2020. As part of this publication, there were significant changes requested by the LLFA in relation to the following requirements of the checklist:

• Site Specific Flood Risk Assessment (FRA)
• Sustainable Drainage
• Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) Strategy & SuDS Pro-forma

In order to ensure transparency, these changes will now be subject to a 4 week consultation period.
