Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

Chorley and South Ribble Councils are working in collaboration to review how we work with our Registered Providers (RPs) of Social Housing and developers, land promoters and planning agents to deliver new affordable housing through the planning system, particularly homes secured through developer contributions.

We are seeking your feedback to help shape future approaches, including local policies and partnership arrangements that benefit all parties involved. This may include improving the speed and efficiency of negotiations, and ensuring that affordable housing delivered meets the type and tenure needs of our communities. 

Why your views matter

Your responses will help us understand how the existing RP Framework in Chorley is currently used, identify any challenges, and explore how it could be improved or expanded. Your feedback will inform whether a similar framework should be introduced in South Ribble.
