A Taste of Leyland Application 2023

Overview

Thank you for your interest in A Taste of Leyland 2023, taking place on Saturday 23 September 2023 on Hough Lane, Leyland. 

You could be part of our wonderful food festival by joining us as part of our outdoor street market for artisans, producers, specialist retailers, street food and bars. The goal of the event is to showcase Leyland and the surrounding area's fantastic food and drink culture and we welcome applications from the region. 

If you would like to join us please complete the following application form. You only need to complete the sections relevant to your business. 

If you are a community group and looking to be involved in this event, please email us on events@southribble.gov.uk to discuss opportunties. Where possible, we would like any community groups attending to be food/ health related. 

If you submit an incomplete application form this will not be accepted.

If you would like to discuss the event or the application process please email events@southribble.gov.uk. You will need to have completed our 'Events Expression of Interest' form before to ensure we have your relevant documents. This is a separate form, please email events@southribble.gov.uk for a link to this. 

Applications must be completed before the deadline and they will then be checked for compliance and a confirmation email will be sent to you if you are successful. 

Please note no applications will be accepted from two or more businesses sharing a stall. 

Pitch Fees 
Street Food and Bars - £60 + VAT
Artisans, Traders, Producers - £50 + VAT 

£10 (excluding VAT) discount applies for South Ribble based businesses.

Thre will be additional costs for power (details included in application)

We require a 50% deposit to secure your pitch. 

Deadline - Friday 1st September at 5pm 
Application forms must be completed before this date. Please note, we may close the applciation process sooner than this if we recieve sufficient applications for the event.
