CFS26 - Community Groups Application Form

Overview

Chorley Flower Show will be returning to Astley Park Friday 31 July, Saturday 1 & Sunday 2 August 2026. Please only complete this form if you are a Horticultural organisation or a volunteering organisation linked to Astley Park or Hall. All other community groups can apply to be part of the show through the Community Garden Competition, here. 

A community group is a group of people who work for the benefit of the public. This may be a community organisation, registered charity, community interest company or not for profit group.

Community Stalls are available to groups looking to raise awareness of their organisation, selling of items is not permitted, should community groups want to sell anything they will need to apply for a trade stand.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss which application form you should use, please email events@chorley.gov.uk. 

We will need a completed risk assessment and proof of insurance to support your application. You will need to upload these to this application when prompted.
