Leyland Light Switch On Application 23

Overview

Thank you for your interest in trading at the Leyland Christmas Light Switch On, taking place on Saturday 25 November 2023 from 12 noon - 6pm. You could be part of our wonderful Christmas celebrations by joining us as part of our outdoor street markets for artisans, producers, street food and bars.  

If you would like to join us please complete the following application form. You only need to complete the sections which are relevant to your business.  

Your application will be checked for compliance and a confirmation email will be sent to you if you are successful. We do anticipate that we will recieve a high volume of applications for this event and due to the space available, pitches will be limited and we will unfortunately have to decline applications where necessary. 

Please note no applications will be accepted from two or more businesses sharing a stall. If you submit an incomplete application form this will not be accepted.

If you would like to discuss the event or the application process please email events@southribble.gov.uk. You will need to have completed our 'Events Expression of Interest' form before to ensure we have your relevant documents. Pitch Fees 
Street Food and Bars - £60 + VAT
Trade/ Artisan/ Producer Stalls - £50 + VAT 

£10 (excluding VAT) discount applies for South Ribble based businesses.

Thre will be additional costs for power (details included in application)

We require a 50% deposit to secure your pitch. 

Deadline - Monday 6th November at 5pm 
Application forms must be completed before this date. Please note, we may close the application process sooner than this if we recieve sufficient applications for the event.
