Improvement of Queensway Ballcourt Area, Leyland

Overview

South Ribble Borough Council are currently improving a number of the
borough’s play facilities. Funds have been allocated to improve the ballcourt area at Queensway in Leyland to replace the existing single goal ends at Queensway and Peacock Hall.

The proposed scheme could include a new larger and fully enclosed ballcourt plus additional equipment for teens with new surfacing. Lighting is also an option for the site.
