Chorley Resident Survey 2026

Overview

We’d like to know your thoughts about your area and how you think we’re doing as a council to deliver the services that matter most to you. We’d also like to know what you think we need to do to improve in the future.

The survey should not take any longer than about 15 minutes to complete – and asks for Chorley residents' views on the services that the council provides, contact you have with the council, your community and town centre, housing, climate change and community events.

We’ve asked NWA Research to carry out the work on our behalf. They are an independent research company who work under guidelines from the Market Research Society. Everything that you tell us will be confidential, and your details will not be shared with anyone else.

Your responses to the survey are vital to us to understand the changing needs of our residents. The overall responses to the survey will be used to help us develop our plans and manage our processes.
